A Freedom of Information disclosure by Police Scotland (19 December 2022) reveals:

Police Scotland's letter dated 19 December 2022 refused to disclose other information citing 'commercial interests':

According to Marine Traffic, the Matador floating crane (presumably towing the GaelForce feed barge or having beached it) is now in Kishorn (as of 4pm on Monday 19 December 2022):

This has been dumped in a bay (not Kishorn) right on the edge of the Lochcarron MPA, with no warning or explanation to those who live there. It is bigger than the house on the shore and who knows what it is emitting. Shocking.

According to Marine Traffic, the Viking Saga is in Fraserburgh (as of 3pm on Monday 19 December 2022):

Has BioGask received any contaminated waste from Bakkafrost's salvaged feed barge off Portree?

 

It seems that 690 tons of "contaminated water and feed" was transported from the West coast of Scotland via the Viking Saga (Aquaship) which is currently in Fraserburgh (this seems to be the second trip over the last week).

 

The original salvage plan – detailed by Briggs Marine – was for the 690 tons of contaminated cargo to be transported via 30 ton tankers (23-25 loads) from Fairlie quay to Maltings Organic Treatment facility in North Yorkshire.

 

But a FOI disclosure from Police Scotland yesterday referred to an "AD plant in Fraserburgh":
