The phrase 'out of the frying pan and into the fire' springs to mind on reading the news that Marine Harvest Canada's Director of Public Affairs (Ian Roberts) is moving to Scotland and Marine Harvest Scotland's Environment Manager (Chris Read) is moving to Canada in an apparent job swap for three years.
