Sophie,

Thanks for speaking just now.

The letters (thus far unanswered) to Police Scotland are online via:

6 August 2019:

21 July 2019:

An email (also unanswered) was also sent to Marine Scotland outlining plans for Edinburgh on 2 and/or 3 September.  I can discuss those in more detail as they are nailed down – but they basically involve using the water in front of Victoria Quay and the Scottish Parliament.

I have copied Mark Carter of Marine Concern into this email – Mark is a former police officer and has agreed to act as a liaison on 31 August & 1 September.  He is on 07768 924841 in case Police Scotland would like to have him on board as an observer.

More details on the protests via:

I will also email a Word document detailing exact locations and times – coming in the next 24 hours.

I am on 07771 541826.

Best fishes,

Don
