Last month, Mowi's Q2 2020 financial report was a dog's dinner for Scotland with infectious diseases and mortalities downgrading volume guidance by 8,000 tonnes.

Mortality and disease information published last month (3 August 2020) by the Scottish Government's Fish Health Inspectorate highlights the problems dogging Mowi with 55,172 dead fish in 13 mortality events in June 2020 (data for July 2020 will be published soon).
Mortality data for July 2020 is already published by the Scottish Salmon Producers Organisation and it makes shocking reading for Mowi shareholders led by Norway's John Fredriksen (141st on the Forbes billionaires list with a fortune of $10.2 billion).
