Norwegian behemoth Mowi (renamed in 2019 due to "negative consumer perception" in the name Marine Harvest) is taking legal action against me for trespassing on their disease-ridden feedlots in Scotland (even though no law of trespass exists in Scotland) in order to film video evidence of welfare abuse.

The landmark case will be heard later this year in Oban Sheriff Court as Norwegian-owned Mowi – controlled by 'viking raider' John Fredriksen who is worth over $10 billion and is currently ranked #216 on the Forbes billionnaires list – seek to exclude members of the public from the public waters around salmon farms across Scotland.

"I will be defending Mowi's legal action in the strongest terms," I said in a press statement in October 2021 replying to Mowi's press release announcing their legal action.
