A claim which does not stand close scrutiny in view of recent video footage of welfare abuse at RSPCA Assured Scottish salmon:

 

 

 

 

 

Photographic evidence of gruesome farmed salmon – captured by the Scottish Government's Fish Health Inspectorate – does not exactly back up the SSPO's claims of high welfare standards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So instead of taking Scottish Salmon's pledge why not join Philip Lymbery, CEO of Compassion In World Farming, and others all over the world in taking the pledge not to eat farmed salmon.
