Corin Smith of Inside Scottish Salmon Feedlots revealed his full quote provided to the Ferret in a post on Facebook (10 March 2023):

"In my view Craig Anderson is a dodgy individual with little or no regard for the environment, animal welfare or local communities, I'd be very concerned about any development that he is associated with.

During his time as CEO the Scottish Salmon Company regularly breached SEPA regulations for seabed pollution as well having the some of lowest welfare standards in the industry, with hundreds of thousands of caged salmon left to die slow agonising deaths from disease and parasites on his feedlots.

When I pointed out the impact his salmon farms were having on wild salmon and the local pollution being caused, rather than deal with the issues, he commissioned a private investigator to snoop into my affairs and track my movements.

This matter remains under investigation by Police Scotland as in addition to the "intelligence report" he commissioned, I subsequently found a GPS Tracker had been placed on my family car. A car that I use to drive my kids to school. I have found the PI who did the snooping and wrote the report, he hasn't yet commented on the GPS Tracker.

Even if this feedlot development was nothing to do with Craig Anderson it should be a huge concern for residents given its environmental impact will be equivalent to a floating pig farm of around 20,000 head discharging all its slurry, chemicals and plastics direct into the sea. But given Anderson's previous role as a frontman for murky money with links to Yuriy Lopatynsky (owner of SSC via anonymous offshore trusts) and his seeming complete disregard for the environment and animal welfare, alarm bells should be ringing like crazy for Grimsby residents.
